Enhancing Third-Party Data Access Through the DSI Module
KYCP’s Data Service Integration (DSI) module allows clients to connect with trusted third-party data agents and automatically map their responses into KYCP workflows.
As a real-time, configurable risk orchestration platform, KYCP centralises the full due diligence lifecycle — from onboarding and enhanced due diligence (EDD) to ongoing monitoring and perpetual KYC.
The integration with Mastercard MATCH Pro ensures that merchant risk data can now be:
● Queried in real time
● Automatically mapped to KYCP fields
● Stored within the centralised client record
● Used to trigger internal workflows
This removes the need for compliance teams to switch between multiple systems.
Centralising Merchant Risk Data in One Platform
Financial institutions have long sought the ability to consolidate all counterparty data into a single record, including AML checks, KYC data, credit information, transaction monitoring, and scheme-level merchant risk alerts.
With the Mastercard MATCH Pro integration, KYCP clients can now:
● Streamline merchant onboarding and risk reviews
● Improve decision-making with enhanced risk visibility
● Strengthen audit trails and compliance documentation
● Automate risk-based workflows triggered by MATCH results
What is Mastercard MATCH Pro?
Mastercard Alert To Control High-risk Merchants (MATCH™) Pro enables authorised users to develop, assess, and review enhanced merchant risk information prior to entering into a Merchant Agreement or Sponsored Merchant Agreement.
When onboarding a merchant, MATCH Pro assists authorised users in making an independent risk determination before commencing transaction submissions through the Mastercard network.
By embedding this capability within KYCP, organisations can incorporate MATCH Pro checks directly into their internal onboarding workflows.
How the MASTERCARD MATCH Pro Integration Works
The new integration allows KYCP users to initiate a MASTERCARD MATCH Pro search directly within the system via a new “Data Source Integration Search” button. Once activated, the search automatically retrieves details of the main entity (the merchant), the principal owner, and any associated outlets.

Triggering the search will load the results that MASTERCARD processed with the data submitted from the record. The results are shown within KYCP, avoiding the need to have to access and use different systems.

Clicking on the VIEW button will load the entire record of the merchant as well as the principals.
All the data points from MASTERCARD will be mapped to the fields in KYCP automatically for auto population. The system will clearly highlight the matched data.

At result level the system will allow you to set the MATCH on the respective record.

Upon setting of a match the following will happen:
- KYCP saves all the data automatically in the database, including the corresponding match status. This is so that if research is performed, the previously set match status would be retrieved as well.
- Subject to additional configuration, users would also be able to choose to store certain fields within the results inside KYCP fields including the search date and termination date.
Future Roadmap: Expanding Amex Integrations
KYCP’s development roadmap includes similar integrations with American Express, enabling organisations to assess merchant activity across major card schemes within a single platform.
This unified approach strengthens oversight across the payments ecosystem while simplifying internal compliance processes.
