The new Pay As You Go
Tokens Module lets you activate premium services like Screening and ID&V with flexible, per use pricing. Buy tokens, use them as needed and track every action. All within your KYCP interface.
For the first time in the history of our product, we are launching a number of features that are embedded within the product. These are services that are often charged per transaction such as screening, ID&V processes, digital signatures and more.
KYCP is embarking on launching a suite of features that complement the overall process of onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
Features that are designed to offer and deliver business benefits to all of our clients and their customers.
The suite of features revolve around a number of pre-selected, embedded third party providers that we are working with in order
to deliver such advancement. Services that do not require the client to sign direct contracts with separate and various suppliers and not even to commit to large volumes in advance. These services will be able to be used based on tokens within the KYCP of the same client.
How it works
When enabled this feature will show the balance of current tokens within your KYCP in the top right corner of the interface.
This can only be seen by the users who have been given the right to see and manage tokens.
Clicking on TOKENS button above the solution will load the
TOKENS MANAGEMENT screen which allows the user with the correct right to manage
the following details.
The main section of this screen will show you
the full list of Token Usage. This shows all tokens used by date, the type of
service that used the respective token as well as the Supplier (third party),
the Programme (APP ID and ENTITY ID) as well as the amount of tokens deducted
for this service and a description. The system also shows the status of a token
whether is RESERVED (waiting for the request to be consumed) or else USED. This
screen allows the user to filter and export by all these settings as well for
audit purposes.
There are numerous
other settings to manage here including the ability to set alerts as to who
needs to be notified when the balance reaches what minimum level, the ability
to ADD packages of tokens as well as the ability to forecast token usage for
screening with enabling of monitoring of subjects.

You can request a top up of your tokens by creating a ticket
on your service desk board and our team will guide you accordingly.
This new feature within KYCP takes the concept of
orchestration to a different level. We are not only allowing customers to
define all the third parties of their choice but also building a platform that
can serve the purpose of all that is needed within one solution, under one
contract.
The first two embedded services that we are
launching within this module of KYCP are
Embedded Screening
and
Self Check-In.
More embedded features will follow, each built to streamline onboarding and
ongoing due diligence without adding operational overhead.
