The new integration allows KYCP clients to search, retrieve, and scrape Companies House data directly into KYCP, significantly streamlining corporate onboarding and due diligence workflows.
This feature is available as part of KYCP’s off-the-shelf solution, removing the need for external accounts, manual data entry, or fragmented systems.
Centralised Corporate Data Through the Corporate Source Register (CSR)
At the core of this functionality is KYCP’s Corporate Source Register (CSR). The CSR enables organisations to connect with trusted third-party corporate data providers and query company information through a single interface.
With the Companies House (UK) integration, operational teams can:
• Search public corporate records in real time
• Scrape company data directly into KYCP
• Eliminate manual data entry during onboarding
• Maintain a single source of truth for corporate entities
This applies to both legal entities and individuals, allowing compliance teams to manage complex corporate structures within one unified system.
Automated Data Scraping and Entity Structuring
The embedded Companies House integration enables users to scrape:
• Core entity fields
• Corporate documents
• Related parties and key principals
All information is automatically mapped to KYCP fields, recreating the full entity record without manual input. Users can choose to import all available data or selectively scrape only the required fields and documents.
This approach improves efficiency while maintaining full control over data capture and record creation.
Ongoing Monitoring and Change Detection
A critical capability of the CSR module is ongoing due diligence.
When monitoring is enabled, KYCP can continuously check for changes in public data sources and alert users when discrepancies arise.
This allows teams to:

• Compare public data against internal KYCP records
• Trigger review workflows when material differences are detected
• Maintain audit readiness and regulatory confidence
Embedded Companies House (UK) Data – No External Setup Required
The new Companies House (UK) integration is delivered as an embedded dataset within KYCP. Clients can access the data instantly, without setting up additional provider accounts or managing separate credentials.
Searches can be performed in real time using:
● Company name
● Company registration number
● Individual entity searches
This feature is part of KYCP’s Pay As You Go token-based services, with:
● No minimum search volumes
● No contractual thresholds
● Usage-based pricing only
Clients pay solely for the searches they perform.

In the initial phase, the integration includes:

The ability to enable ongoing monitoring for Companies House data will be released in a future phase.
How the COMPANIES HOUSE UK feature Works
Similar to how the CSR module works, a user can start a new application and click on the ROOT node to be able to trigger the CSR Search interface. This is usually done on an application that is still empty however can also be conducted on an existing application allowing you to see the differences between the local data (in your KYCP) and the public sourced data.
Clicking on this icon will load the SEARCH interface of CSR as per below. In Companies House (UK) you can run searches based on the name of the entity as well as the registration number of the company. It also allows you to run searched on entities that are of type individual.
The results are shown in a list as per below allowing you to select the one that is relevant to your query.
Clicking on the VIEW button will load the entire record of the selected entity as per below. This would be the list of fields that are available in the third party solution. All the data points from Companies House (UK) will be mapped to the fields in KYCP automatically for auto population.
The user has the option to scrape all fields from the third party or even specifically choose which ones are required to be scraped into the KYCP record. Scrolling within the same tab will allow the user to see the list of documents that can be scraped from Companies House. You can select to import and link all documents to the ROOT NODE in KYCP or else select which ones to scrape.
Clicking on the PROCEED TO STRUCTURE button will load the screen of the related key principles that are available.
The interface above allows the users to scrape the entire structure into KYCP or else selected key principles. This screen will also highlight changes between structures (one in KYCP and the one that is being provided by public sources). A feature that is focused on quickly showing the user what is different and what needs to be looked at.
