One of the most important features within KYC Portal is the secured API that allows customers to integrate the system with any internal third part application that they are using such as CRMs, document management systems or core banking applications. This API allows the customer to be able to define such integrations and synchronise / automate the processing of data amongst various systems.
This API is also used to integrate KYCP with any third party data provider of your choice such as databases for checking of PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media, Fraud Databases, Company House data or any other supplier that allows for such integration to happen.
Communication between KYCP and 3rd party screening solutions is a fully automated, scheduled background operation that recursively checks all records, be they new applicants as well as vetted subjects with notifications appearing only in the event of changes in applicant status.
Using the same approach, KYC Portal is designed to connect to any internal data repository, allowing two-way communication within the organisation’s existing IT infrastructure, removing duplicate data entry and capitalising on existing customer information across divisions and departments.
