The ability to send direct links to upload required documentation including any type of document upload and also the ability to have mail merged documents for clients to be able to download in a fully pre-populated manner, sign and scan back up.

This video tool stores the entire communication as part of the historical audit with the application allowing you to re-play the call at any point in time.
